Here is some exercise for clear and sparkling eyes. It is not sure that these exercises will improve the vision impairment or delay the beginning of vision problem but is definite that age lines will be delayed and eyes will be clear. Before starting exercise remember the following points.
1. There should be dim light in place of strong light or artificial light.
2. If possible then play soft music to achieve better effect of exercise.
3. There should be calm and peace on the place.
4. Be seated on easy chair.
5. Relax your body and every limb before exercise.
6. DonĂ¢€™t stress too much on mind but concentrate on the good results of it.
During exercise take breath deeply and regularly. Maintain your body position. DonĂ¢€™t increase the time of exercise. It is just 3-4 mints. Blink rapidly during exercise and even after it. If required then increase just 30 seconds in exercise time.
After the exercise maintain and continue the exercise schedule. Do this act after every 3-4 hours during the working time.
There are seven points around the perimeter of each eye socket, one or more of which can be stimulated with the finger tips for a few seconds at any time of the day or night.
The Chinese believe that this will help to smooth the flow of energy and clear any blockages and so benefits the eyes.
1. Point one is at the inside corner between the eye and nose.
2. Point two is the inside end of the eyebrows above the inside corner of the eye.
3. Point three is half way along the eyebrow directly above the center of the eyeball.
4. Point four is at the end of the eyebrow.
5. Point five where the bone meets the outside edge of the eye socket.
6. Point six is half way between the outside corner and the mid point of the eye socket.
7. Point seven is on the edge of the socket below the middle of the eyeball.
Many people feel its good results soon after doing the exercise. Its main cause is that blood flow to these points of eyes is increased. Do massage on these points with gentle finger tips for only few seconds. And feel the change.
