Milk is a complete food in itself. All the nutritionists suggest milk for good health and good skin. Especially if we take a glass of milk before going to bed. it keeps skin fresh even in old age. For eyes.
If you are facing the problem of puffy eyes and dark circles, then keep cotton balls on eyes, soaked in cold milk for some time. Its lactic acid will remove dark circles and reduce puffiness of eyes.
For hair.
wash your hair with milk once in a week. Your hairs will become shiny long and healthy. To get rid of dandruff, add a spoon of salt in a cup of tea and massage it on your scalp. It will work as a natural conditioner. It will soften the dead skin of scalp. Leave it for few hours and wash it with shampoo. Dandruff will be removed within 8 weeks if used twice a week.
Milk good conditioner.
For oily skin, wash face with milk thrice a day. It will remove extra oil on your face. For dry skin, use cream of milk on dry areas of body such as lips, knees and elbows. It can also be used to remove makeup. Take cotton balls, soak it in milk and remove makeup. It will give a brighter lighter look of your face. For radiant skin, add few spoons of powder milk or a cup of milk in bathing water. You can also use honey in place of it.
